Blood on Egg Shells/ Scabby around vent area!

I will collect eggs at times that are very bloody. I picked my hens up today and turned them over and on 2 of them I noticed scabby looking vents and nine of those soft feathers covering anympart of this area!!!! HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

I have to wonder if your chickens didn't prolapse a little (or something). Maybe the other chickens have been picking at them? Can you try separating the injured ones for a little bit and see if they improve?

If you can get a picture, that may also help.

Edit: Wow, I just looked at when this was originally posted. I hope your chickens are okay

Shes ok, i separated her for the night, gave her a warm salt bath and put neosporin on the vent. The egg laid today had blood but not like before
