Blood on gosling's head.

Hello, I posted in the geese forum but nobody responded, so I'm trying here. My gosling hatched under my broody hen, when I looked in to check on them the gosling's head was covered in blood. I moved her out into a broader and cleaned the wound a bit, what else can I do?

Keeping it separated and keeping the wound clean is a good idea. Do you have a heat lamp or something to keep it warm? Also, some electrolytes in its water would be a good idea.
Maybe @Pyxis or @Miss Lydia will have more advice..

She has a heat lamp, the temperature is about 99-97 degrees Fahrenheit.
We don't have any electrolytes sadly...

That sounds good. Is she drinking water good?

Not really, she took some when I got my fingers wet and put them up to her face.

Too hot the heat needs to be more like 90 or a little under. They don’t have to have as much heat as chicks. Looks like the hen attacked the goslings. What have you done so far?

The eyes look okay, the cut seems to be on the back of her head.

She is shaking though, I'll raise the lamp a bit.
