I received some reliable info today on the seramas. incubate at 55% humidity and 75 at lock down and a lower temp. I havent looked at this last batch but i did add some water. its day 16

well, I cant tell. advanced from last candle for sure and think i seen one move. one with tons of veining but i just cant tell.

this hasnt happened before. I can always tell. the new bator i put them in is cooler then the other and if they are alive they are no where ready. how disappointing.

At least it is something different to see granny try not to be disappointed
Seeing the movement and the veining is still good even if does seem a little delayed. They could still hatch all be it a little later than expected. It's always best that the bator is running a little cooler rather than too hot.

You can still stop turning as long as they look like they are past 14 of development.

took me ten min. to get here just to say i dont know why it is cooler. how frustrating. it is the new one and showing 99.1 and chick ready. I have it on 99.9 I will be putting them back into the old one tomorrow for lock down because i have a couple LF in there that do seem ready and new ones in the new bator that seem on track as well. day 5 . I am glad this is the last of it. new Christmas presents and very aggravating LOL my room is around 72 and i cant take it any warmer then that. been raining last couple days. maybe that will help. Yorkshire, thank you. its not over til the fat lady sings and i am not even humming.

Morning, I got up too early. LOL I have one pip in the big brown egg like the others. I did see the polish egg wiggle but nothing from the serama eggs again. been talking to a couple people here that hatch and it seems that the hen is too small for the embryos to have enough to last them til the end of hatch. this one piped yesterday and except for a second pip hole nothing else. the polish egg is a day behind the others guess i should say polish mix. how are you?
