blood ring or blind

She is still meaning business and is getting off and on the nest by herself now and does not need me to help her find her way back up. She has broken an egg getting off I think. Just a hole in it, glad I checked them to remove it.

Incubator eggs going into lockdown later today :clap One last candle to check them and then the dreaded waiting game :pop

How's you?

lock down already ? wow I am about the same i guess. glad you caught the cracked egg. that would of been a big disappointment. wonder if you could trim her nails ? time seems to be slipping by fast. dh found a house but will be a couple weeks before move in. it will be a nice quiet here.LOL

That's great!! Sure bet you are ready for some quiet time, I can't imagine that many kids I would need ear plugs!! But then again with the 2 white crested black hens it's like having 2 screaming kids. They never shut up constantly screaming to be let out!! Dare not go out sometimes as they give you the guilt trip.

Yeah come round quick all of a sudden for lockdown. Been busy so it's passed quicker, best get the guinea cage out ready soon.

there not bad kids, they are very active though. its like one kid running in and out all day. a revolving door and all asking questions at the same time . all wanting food or drink and most the time its me they are asking. yes, it will be nice. i will miss them though. they wont be very far so i can visit when i want . last time they came over every sunday and had dinner. now that dh is working i dont think it will be like that anymore. think i need a week or 2 anyway . LOL

That's kids for you! Nice they won't be far away though so you can visit. I know when Charlie was younger he used to go to my Mums on a Saturday and stay over she was certainly ready for a rest once he had come home. With him being an only child you had to keep him entertained all the time but she loved having him. Cherish the time too as they grow up so fast. Seems only 2 minutes since I had him but he's nearly as tall me now, just don't know where the time has gone.

He reckons he's not leaving home though because it's easy here! The cheek of him!!

mine is 21 and no plans of anything. sad really. he is autistic but he stays in his room for the most part. playing them games. once in a while, at least once a day sometimes for a while he will come out to talk. he has a woman that comes 2xs a week as well to pull him out of there. he is my invisible child.

Eggs have gone into lockdown last night. All 27 looked good and sure there was movement in them all.

Nice that your son has someone come in to get him out of there a couple of times a week. If my son was left to his own devices he would sit in his room all day too. The teenage years are really starting to kick in just lately. Grunting, moaning and one word answers and trying to get him out of the pit in a morning is just a nightmare. His life revolves around the PS4 right now.

I need an incubator for Dummies. LOL ps4 here too. excited for you on the babies.

I have to take kids to drs. today. bummer. never ends. Hope your having a great day !

Thanks, can't stop checking now for pips!! Found lots of jobs to do today in the kitchen so I can have a sneaky peek all the time. Jobs I've been putting off but at least they are done now. I will be a happy bunny when I see a pip :bun

If I win the lottery I will order you a Brinsea immediately :highfive:

Is that what you have , a brinsa ? I wasnt referring to yours. LOL I meant one that requires nothing. no thinking , just plug it in and add eggs. 21 days later remove chicks. LOL Nothing can get me to cleaning the kitchen, not even the thoughts of new babies.
