Blood splatter in nesting box and coop

Just collected eggs and found blood around the walls of a nesting box as well as some splatter in the coop. (Not a walk in coop, but a rabbit hutch type of coop- small area, not a great deal of blood, but not just a drop or two either). 7 hens, mixed breeds, all look fine. No visible blood or injuries anywhere. Should I be concerned? What can I do?

Not even on the comb?. They could of flung the blood everywhere with there comb

Is there any dead animals in there they tend to play around with it first

If it was a mouse or such, do I need to scrub the blood off the surfaces?

You can i don't see any reasons to do so though
