I was walking the yard and saw blood in one of my chickens poop. Which is a red flag. What do i need to do before my flock starys having issued

How old are they? How long have you had them? Any new chickens added lately?

You can start them all on Corid. It needs to be their only water source for the week they’re being treated. Dose is 1.5 tsps powder per gallon of water made fresh daily. If they have a coccidiosis problem this should take care of it. There is a dosage chart on here somewhere I can try to find

They are 3 years- a couple weeks
Only new ones are the babies a hen hatched.

Worms can also cause blood in the droppings. Worming with fenbendazole 10% SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 1/4 ml (0.23 ml) per pound of weight for 5 consecutive days is the treatment for most worms in chickens.
