Bloody and watery poop

Have a flock of 26 immature birds . . . 2 months old. Been seeing watery brown-yellow poop . . . but today there is quite a bit of red watery poop . Can't tell which bird . . . none acting funny . . . any suggestions about medicating . . . possibly the whole flock. . . . causes . . . etc. Thanks.

It sounds like they have cocci, get Corid and start putting it in the water asap as it will kill them quickly. Here is a post giving med information and dosages.
