Bloody, bloody,bloody, fighting roosters

I think it depends on the breed. Then second the individual. Two raised together may already established dominence, and they may be OK with that. For now. Some breeds reach a certain age and won't tolerate any rooster...ever. just keep an eye on them and be prepared to pen one up. Ditto on prediction....impossible to know for sure.

Hello, I have two roosters, they are 6 mos old. They are fighting over and over again. When they do, they get so bloody and red, from their combs to the end of their capes. My mom's friend told her that the roosters have to fight to see who is the boss. But my dad is worried that they might kill each other. Are they going to kill themselves?? Do they have to fight to see who is boss??

Thanks!!
If any injuries occur, spray with vetericyn to disinfect and then apply some bluekote, which I've found helpful, I would separate them just in case they don't sort it out.
