Bloody egg??

I went to cook an egg yesterday and there was quite a bit off blood in the shell! I know eggs sometimes have meat spots but first off all it wasn't a spot it was like loose blood but there was also a string looking thing or blood so...????

Today I had another egg, I think from the same chicken, that had a meat spot but much larger than average... U could tell it was a spot of blood.

My chickens are acting fine and look healthy. Anyone have any ideas???
 
Sometimes a blood vessel can rupture during egg development and the blood gets incorporated. The meat spot today may have been left over from that or a blood clot.
There is not a lot that you can do, but watch to make sure there is not a lot of stress or disruptions in the flock, check for lice/mites and see that they are eating/drinking well.
