Bloody eyes

I thought my chicken had been pecked in one eye she had a filmy discharge but then 3 days both eyes were bood red (a clear film with what looked like pooling of blood under it) and she appered lethargic (weak) what is this? rooster has had a eye that looked like it had been pecked as well with a watery creamy film 2 weeks prior to the development of hers but it never turned red and has only remained in his one eye. HELP

Sounds like there is an eye infection going around in your flock. You can use terramycin eye ointment in the eyes until they all heal up. You can get this on Amazon on line here. Good luck with your babies.
