First picture is good side, second picture is ripped side, she was freaking out so I put her back with the others, I can pull her out again.

A little bit, I rinsed it a little with saline and warm water, and rubbed a little anitibiotic cream on, I tried to separate her and she was freaking out, so I put our 11 year old Wyandotte hen in with her, and she was a little better but wouldn’t stop pacing and wouldn’t have slept the night, so I put her back in the roosts and she went next to her favorite ( the rooster ) but I’m still not sure what could have caused this. I well leave her there for the night and let the wattle die and fall off.

Could a mouse have bit her and ripped it off like that?

You are doing great so far. Just keep a close watch on her. I really don't know what to do with the hanging ear. Is a vet a possibility? If not, maybe someone here can give you some advice on that. @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock @coach723 @TwoCrows ? Anyone know how to help or know who can?

She really needs to be in a dog crate, but kept in the coop with others. That looks ripped, more like an injury from wire or possibly a hawk or predator. Look for any wire fencing, or nails, and fix it. Give her food and water, and it needs to be tied or secured to the crate. Clean the wound twice daily with chlorhexidene and water, or betadine. Vetericyn or Theracyn wound spray is alao good. Apply plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day until the wounds heal.

Further; use old towels or hospital pads in the crate, not shavings. Nothing to get into that wound!
Betadine is an irritant, so use it once, if at all, and then clean the site with chlorhex. or just plain warm water. Then apply the ointment.
Keep her eating and drinking, and no flies.

Update, her wound has healed nicely and she is scratching around with the other hens, the only difference I can tell is a crazy scar.
