Its hard to tell because she won’t let me touch it and I don’t want to hurt her. I was barely able to touch it and at least the outside is pretty hard

Don't know how it turned out and I don't think I would remove the scab as the other poster did, but I do think it's most likely that your girl just has a slow healing wound rather than a tumor or something.

Seems like it’s healing up pretty well, hopefully it will stay that way. I’m just not touching it and let it do it’s thing seems the only thing to do really as much as I want to help I think putting a bunch of stuff on it and bathing it will just make it worse at this point

In another group I’m in people are saying it’s not a vaulted skull it’s most likely a tumor. Is it still possible she’ll live if it is? She still seems fine and healthy

Taking her into the vet today in a couple hours. Wish me luck!

Update: the vet said it was a mildly infected scab most likely from the other chick pecking her. They removed the lump cleaned it up and sent her home with antibiotics. They said she’ll be ok!
