Bloody Lump Under Chickens Wing

Noticed blood on the leg on one of our younger chickens. Looking closer we noticed this lump on her body under her wing. Any ideas what this could be and how to treat?

It could be Hemangiomas, it's one of the most common types of tumors associated with avians.
