I would go ahead and treat them for coccidiosis. I don't see anything obvious that looks like a worm, could maybe be shed intestinal lining you saw. Normally the only worms that may be visible without a microscope would be round worms, which look like spaghetti, or tapeworm segments, which look like grains of rice (you can google for pictures). If you have a good clear picture of the worm, that would help. But it does look like blood in the second picture. Corid dosing chart below in case you need it, use the severe outbreak dosing:
