Bloody poo

This is our first batch of chicks and we have 9 5 week old chicks. All are very healthy and active and are eating a medicated chick starter feed. 2 of the most active chicks have had some blood in their poo for the past several days...do I need to worry and add Corid to the water or will they be ok?

Thanks...whoever thought I'd be checking out pictures of chicken poo...looks most like the last ones in the top section..so I'll not worry.
