Sorry if this is a duplicate. I posted it this morning and can't find it and no emails saying there have been responses.
I clean my coop every day. Yesterday there was nothing and today there were 4 to 5 areas under the roost where the poop was mostly blood. This picture is on the roost.
I looked up coccidiosis but pictures did not look similar at all. I also didn't see any worms but could it be that?
My chickens are about six months old. I have 25 hens and five roosters. They roost in different places on the roost every night. They get fresh water in multiple places every day. They free range for most of the day.
Please let me know what you think it is and what I should do.

That looks pretty bloody, so I would get some Corid (amprollium, Ampromed) right away, and put some in their water to treat for coccidiosis. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder Corid, per gallon of water for 5-7 days as the only water source. Do you see any that look lethargic, hunched, or not eating? They really need to drink the medication to benefit from it, or you will need to feed it by dropper.

They all seem pretty lively and happy. Why would nothing show up yesterday but today bloody puddles?
Are worms possible?

Capillaria or hairworms can cause blood in the stools, but that is a lot of blood. In the picture, it looks like stool with a little white urates. Examine them again to make sure they are droppings, and not blood from fighting or pecking. If they are droppings, I would treat for coccidia. Then, if you want to make sure they don't have worms, treat them all with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally to each bird, and repeat in 10 days.

When you have finished the Corid, give them 3 days of vitamins and probiotic to help get their gut bacteria back to normal, and then go ahead and worm them.
