How old are your birds, and how are they acting? Anyone sitting fluffed up, lethargic, not eating or drinking? Do they free range and have access to berries?

Do you have any berries growing where they range? Raspberries?
Blackberries?
Otherwise that looks like coagulated blood. Too much to be intestinal lining.
Coccidiosis?

I have to go out and mow, so will be offline for most of today, so am going to post the treatment chart for coccidiosis, in case. My first reaction to that poo, was that it looks like berries. HOWEVER, if it's blood then I would treat. If you take a bit of it and smear it on a white paper towel, it may clarify the color a bit. If any of your birds looks off or ill, I would definitely go ahead and treat them for coccidiosis. Treatment is Corid (amprolium) available at most feed stores, tractor supply, etc. Powder or liquid, either form is fine. Use the severe outbreak dosing.

Actually yes, there are blackberries on the vine right near their coop! Could that be it?? None of them seem to be acting sick..they were all up and out ranging this morning!

Thank you!! None of them seem sick right now but I will keep an eye on them. There are blackberries right by their coop and I’ve seen them around them so I hope that’s it!

If they are all acting normal I would just keep an eye on them, especially since they do have a ready supply of berries. If you see any of them acting lethargic, sitting around fluffed up, going off food and water, acting ill or 'off', then it's time to treat. Or if you see something that is really definitely blood and not berries.
