I'm very sorry, I'm still not sure about those "round things" to me they look like cysts.
Is she still alert? Can she lay down? Is there discharge or poop still coming out of the vent?

If it won't stay in, then keep the exposed tissue moist with your ointments.
Hopefully the prolapse will stay in once the swelling goes down.

It would also be a good idea to reduce the amount of light she receives daily to 8 hours a day to begin the process of stopping her laying temporarily. It would not be good for her to try to lay eggs while she is like this.

This happens a lot of the time with this issue. If the prolapse refuses to stay in, you will need to try to fashion a butt bra (don't laugh) out of an ACE bandage or some Vetrap to keep it in until the tissue shrinks enough to do it on its own. It shouldn't take too long, a couple days, maybe.

If you have any Kotex pads, I would place that over the vent and hold it in place by wrapping the elastic bandage around it to keep it against the vent. You'll need to change it every few hours as she poops and you'll need to clean her. It'll just be a couple days you'll need to be a chicken nurse.

Yea she’s by herself I have her inside with me in the warmth, I’ve only given her light when I’m with her which is a couple of hours she hasn’t laid an egg today which is good. Once I put the prolapsed vent in I think she was to scared to move so she stayed in the same position for like 10minutes then I checked back on her & it came back out. Tomrorow morning I’m going to try again. She has poop & discharge still coming out but not as much as normal I’m assuming that is because I tried not to feed her to much yesterday cause I didn’t want to constipate her

If they are cysts, what does that mean? Will This keep happening ? Will I have to put her down?

If they are cysts, then I do wonder if she will be able to heal. I have not seen those with a prolapse before.
I honestly don't know if you will need to put her down or not. Give it some time and see how she does, but I would try to stop her from laying eggs - I fear that is she lays more right now, it will push the tissue further out.

**Warning Graphic Photos** This link has photos of what I think those might be, but I could be totally wrong. There is a good chart in the first post and necropsy photos following that.
