bloody stool

I recently moved my 2mos old chicks into their new coop. I opened it this morning to let them out and found stool surrounded by a pool of blood. there were several more areas in the coop like this. I couldn't identify anything out of the ordinary with any of my girls. Should i be alarmed? These are my first chickens.

Are they on medicated chick food? It could be cocci or it could be that someone ate something that they shouldn't have. Is there any more information you could tell us?

I agree with either cocci or an abundance of red food.

they are eating start to finish from robinsons feed. i believe it is medicated. They have about a 20 ft. run and can eat whatever is in there (just grass, there are 2 grapevines that grow there but don't have grapes yet)

What would i do for cocci?
