BLRW cockerel or pullet??

I have two of these birds. The breeder says one is a cockerel the other a pullet.
I am pretty new to chickens...and have never had this breed...help. 4 months old.

100% cockerel for sure. I breed blue laced red Wyandottes and my rooster looked just like that. I find it's pretty common for Wyandotte roos to be very slow developing, that's why a lot of people think it's a pullet when really hes just a slow developing cockerel.
The comb and wattles are too big and bright red for a pullet at only 18 weeks. In the flash photo I can see the sheen from the rooster feathers on the back. I must say he's going to turn into a gorgeous rooster :)
