is there such color like a barred rock but instead of black its blue barring?

Yes, blue barred chickens. They're pretty easy to find. If you want to breed your own just get a purebred black barred rooster and breed him over a splash hen.

This is my current little blue barred rock rooster. Gunna be keeping him to add to the breeding in my flock. He's a split. Daddy was a blue wheaten hot mess( evil devil is being sold this week) over a barred rock hen.

He's a handsome very gentle little fellow. I'm excited to see him grow out. I don't have any full photos of him since he often sits in my lap
