Do you guys know if my Blue and my Violets are blue rocks? Or are they something else? I saw in another post here, that blue rocks have yellow beaks and feet, ours are black. Ido not mind at all, I am in love with them, Blue looks like a baby pinguin, and Violeta is so fluffy and sweet. I think I just want to know. Please any thoughts?

I do not know if they are, in fact, blue rocks, but I will say that you may want to change up the title of your thread. As the breed is a plymouth rock and 'barred' is a coloring, you can have a blue plymouth rock, barred plymouth rock, etc. It is a common misconception that the breed is a barred rock, when barred is just the color :)

What sweet photos! 🥰 These look like they could be sapphire gems to me. Just adding my opinion. Agree they are not barred but just plain blue but very pretty indeed!😊

Hi! Here's some pics of my mystery bird! The lady I bought the eggs from didn't say she had blue rocks or sapphire gems in her farm so I've been stumped! He/she is 7 weeks & 2 days old ❣

You have a girl here! Looks like a sapphire gem. Though this is unlikely if you hatched yourself as they are a hybrid sex linked bird. Probably some other kind but definitely a girl!😊
