Blue/black eggs

Hi, I've thrown out 10 blue/black eggs from my welsh harlequins HUGE clutch (think she's sitting on everyone's eggs). I'm nervous to go in and start moving things around, but thinking I might need to take everything out, clean the coop and replace. We are 20 days in.

I think you were right to remove the obviously bad ones. I would candle the rest looking for movement, dark, filled eggs, and/or blood vessel development if your goal is ducklings.
