Blue/Brown Eggs, Easter/Christmas Eggs - Getting my craft on!!

I'll send you more (better) ones in a PM later this week. I really do love them though, and two of the roosters are absolutely gorgeous. I'm thinking about keeping one (or both) of them and getting rid of (ie eating) my NN roo and the EE roo I hatched, Bazooka Joe.

Does someone have a picture of their "kit"? I would like to try this and I would love to know what items are must haves and which ones are life savers...etc.

I posted a pic a few pages back. I'll find it and repost.

Mod Podge, thin ribbons, 20 cc syringe, metallic spray paint, wooden skewers, I use a tool from an eyeglass repair kit to do my punch holes in the eggs, rubons, (the stamps in the picture didn't work well), jewelry cap ends, super glue, sharpie paint pens....I'm forgetting something.

Between yesterday morning and just now-I read all 112 pages of this thread.

I also blew out a dozen eggs today-I'm excited to get started...I just wonder how it could be that I have a closet full of craft supplies and have never heard of rub-ons?

Also, now I'm sad that I didn't blow out my first little eggs to save and make into ornaments-they were so little and cute!

I enjoyed looking at everyones beautiful eggs-I hope I do as well as all of you...and thank you MissPrissy!

I just went to Jo-Anns and bought my first rub-ons. There really wasn't much of a selection and they were mixed in with the stickers-and expensive I thought. I didn't have time to go to Micheals-but I hope they have more of a selection.

As I said in my last post I had never heard of these rub-ons...one of the packages I bought has some crystals incorporated in the designs-is that going to be a problem?

I now have 3 dozen eggs blown out and ready to give this a whirl, when I gather up a few more supplies.
