Blue Cochin 5 months - hen or rooster?

Hi friends! This is a picture of our beautiful blue Cochen, approximately five months old/25 weeks. Cockerel or Heh? No eggs yet, No cock-a-doodle-doo doing yet, and wants lots of aggressive piggyback rides! Please help!
In the picture with two is her little Brahma buddy, five months as well. Thank you!

Oh no!!! I knew I was in denial! Thank you all very much! The changes I’ve seen in him over the past 10 days have been remarkable, I can’t deny it anymore! Thank U thank U for your help! Now I need to find him an excellent home… If you Know anyone in Minnesota, I will drive across the state to drop him off To a good home!!
