My poor chicken has something wrong, her comb is turning blue and she won’t move. I’ve read that dark combs usually mean repertory issues, but it could mean avian flu?? I’m really worried about her can anyone help?

How old is she?
When did she last lay an egg?
Where are you located in the world? (country/state)
Is she pooping? What does that look like?

I would check her to see if there is any swelling/bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen, if she lays eggs regularly it's a good idea to insert a lubricated finger inside the vent to se if an egg is stuck, check to make sure her crop is empty in the morning. While you are examining her look her over for any external parasites too.

A comb turning blue can be an indication of respiratory distress and decreased blood flow due to organ failure.

Do the best you can to keep her hydrated and comfortable, let us know what you find out when you examine her - look forward to more photos too.

Shes about 7 months old, I have no idea when she last laid but I only got 2 eggs today (out of 9 layers). She hasn’t pooped since I put her inside, she hasn’t even tried to move. I live in Arkansas, it’s been nonstop raining for 3 days.

I didn’t feel bloat or fluid, now that you mention a stuck egg, this morning I found her under the nest boxes but she was just standing there and when I picked her up and held her for awhile it almost felt like she was having contractions but she never laid (I don’t think). I’ll try seeing if there’s an egg stuck. She had no external parasites.

Thanks for the advice!

So I did the egg check nothing in there it did get her to poo though I’ll add a pic

And her shoulder/wing make a hard pop anytime I move her.

Her crop felt kinda hard she hasn’t eaten for at least 5 hours

Do what you can to get her hydrated. Check the crop first thing in the morning before she has had anything to eat/drink.

Does she seem to be in pain when you move her? You mention the shoulder/wing popping - is she favoring that? Can you check her for any bruising or injury to the wing?

She died this morning I went into the garage this morning to check on her and she was moving (just her head a little) and then I said good morning and she laid her head down and died, then a lot of pus? Yellowy mucus stuff poured from her mouth and her nose, could that have been like a respiratory infection or maybe sour crop it smelled horrible it was kinda yeasty same with the poop. I didn’t see any bruising on the wings and since she wouldn’t move I couldn’t tell if she was favoring it. I tried to get her hydrated but she wouldn’t stay awake long enough to drink. Could this be contagious? All my other girls look fine.

I'm so sorry:hugs

It's hard to know without necrospy what the cause was, but your description of yellow yeasty stinky mucous coming from the beak she probably had a sour crop. Crop issues can go hand in hand with other conditions like reproductive disorders or a blockage lower in the gut.

I would just keep a watch on the rest of the flock, there is no way to say she was contagious or not since we don't know what was causing her decline. See that everyone is drinking/eating and active.
If you still have her body, you can call your state lab and make arrangements to send her in for necropsy - this will give you answers. http://agi.alabama.gov/divisions/veterinary-diagnostic-labs
