Blue combs

The past three months I have lost 4 chickens. Lost one just yesterday, her comb started turning Blue, she started staying on the floor of the coop, loss of weight poop a bit dry . So I removed her, hand feed and water, but still lost her.
Cleaned coop inside and outside, have another who also has slight blue comb.
No other signs of anything that could be wrong.
Anyone have any clues .

What breed and age are they? Blue combs are generally indicative of heart failure and it's a late sign of many things. Meat bird breeds will sometimes show this before they die if they get to that age. Layer hens will show it if they are egg bound and can not pass.

You should consider a necropsy for any future deaths to know for sure what is going on. Contact your local Ag office to find out who does necropsies in your area and ask them how they want birds prepared and what the cost is. You need to have this information ahead of time to properly prepare if you want to send one out.

My hens are layers, white leggers, Rhode Island white & reds,
araucana and Blue Andalusion.
They are between one and three years of age.
