I do I have one birchin a few wheatens blues and black coppers right now I'm in the process of breeding some blue wheatens

Hello All, I have been asked to comment on the breeding the Blue Copper Marans. Just remember there is a difference in the BBS and the Black Copper, Blue copper and the Blue Copper Splash. Lets assume that we do not have a Blue Copper male to work with. Then I would use a Black Copper male over a Splash female or a splash Male over over a Blue copper female. If you use a Black Copper one out of the Blue copper matings is preferrable.

Never use the Black Copper from these matings back into your Black Copper pens as it will contaminate the Black Copper Blood.

Hi, She doesn't appear to have any feathers on the shanks or feet from looking at the picture. What color of Marans was she produced from. From what I see of the type she looks very nice. Don
