blue eyed moscovey

I have an almost completely white blue eyed moscovey female duck. Are the blue eyes unusual? can you breed for blue eyes? unfortunately there were 2 possible drakes for fathers and both are now gone.

All pure white muscovies I have seen always had blue eyes. Only white scovies that I have seen with dark eyes were the ones that are technically pied but only have a feather or two of colour.
