Definitely male, you can see the pointy saddle feathers coming in at the base of the tail

Definitely a rooster. In wyandottes one of the telltale signs is when they start getting solid, unlaced feathers on their shoulders (red/gold for your black/blue/splash laced reds/gold, or silver on your black laced silvers). Add to that sickle feathers and a much larger/redder comb/waddle no doubt!
He'll be very pretty when he's fully grown if you're able to keep him!
