I would need more pictures.
thanks for the pics... he is a nice looking boy. but if I do say so, I like MY boys better.I wanted to show how much lacing can change.
This was taken about 14 days ago
shafting is visable and bad lacing. The color is too light....but the structure is pretty darn good for a young chick. Even in this one picture you can see he is going to be round. He is balanced. His lower chest has not come in yet but it will. I got this beautiful bird from Max. He reminds me of the little pullet that K posted.
This is him today
All of that shafting is turning into lacing. It is still pretty bad but it will get more delicate. The color is deepening and it is loosing all of that orange. If you look at his color in his neck it is mahogany and so is his wing color.
Look at that chest coming in. It is like a round basket ball.
He was jumping off the table but look at that rear and legs. I can already place one hand between his legs. He is going to have a really wide rear.
This is a poor overview, however you can see he is a round ball and his tail is coming up. He is not too short backed. Nice short neck that has a beautiful arch. Beautiful wide head.
Thanks Max for this simply spectacular bird. I could not have asked for a better black. That splash male I have is not bad either. He has nice deep color for a splash and will be beautiful.
Quote: You should like him better..he is going to be yours..however..
my bird is much better in construction. In 3 months lets compare. Weigh your bird too. This fella is already 5lbs and a baby. He is going to be a tank. You do have a better pullet than I do.
