She is gorgeous! I don't know much about this breed, but it seems the chipmunk chick colors is odd to say the least!
 
I'm new to chickens and fell in love with the BLRW breed! I happened to get one at the last moment. I am trying to figure out if it's a hen or roo...I was hoping for hen, but I have a feeling it's a roo. Would it be ok to ask yall?

I was told you never know for sure until it starts crowing (or laying I guess). I only think roo because of the nice red wattles and comb. Can't see any saddle feathers from the pic but I think the wattle and comb give him away. Here's a pic of my hen and one of my boys at about 3 months. Just my opinion :)

It has tried to crow, but it sounds nothing like a real crow. I've read that hens will crow sometimes, but I think I've just been wanting it to be a hen. Lol
