Blue Laced Red Wyandottes - very few tail feathers 12 weeks

I have 2 BLRW chicks that are 12 weeks old, but have very few tail feathers. Is this normal? If so, when will they start getting tail feathers? I am still trying to figure out if they are pullets or cockerels.

It's normal for few tail feathers at that age. If it's a cockerel the comb will look bigger, pullets retain there small combs till 24 to 36 weeks and pale looking.
