Blue laced Wyandotte chick, is this a female or male?

Please may someone help me determine wether this is a hen or cockerel.
It's very docile and friendly, and adorable!
Supposed to be a blue laced Wyandotte

Some breeds and crosses are sexable at hatch by down color or pattern, some crosses can be sexed by wing feathering in the first 3 days, others are only sexable by vent sexing or waiting to assess characteristics as they feather in and mature.
