I can't see the comb clearly, but what I can see looks like a pea comb, not a straight comb. I also can't see skin color, but Marans should have white skin and straight combs. It's an odd angle for the pic, but she also doesn't look like a Marans body shape. I'd do a bit more research before purchasing if you're looking for a pure bred bird.
