Blue Mottled Ameraucana?

So I went to pick up a wheaten Ameraucana rooster today and of course came home with a couple of extras! I spotted a little roo with a blue back and white chest, breeder thought it must be blue mottled. He only has blue/black, blue/wheaten, and black mottled, with the occasional blue mottled popping up. I noticed the little guy also has rather orange lets, which I presume is because the mottled is a project color?

Poor picture, but what do you think? I can get better tomorrow in the daylight if needed . . .

Looks like it could be Blue Mottled to me, though I've never seen that color on an Ameraucana.

The breeder did have a roo about 8 months that was blue mottled, he thought this little guy would turn out lighter though and look almost splash. He caught my eye in the brooder and then of course he had to come home, the breeder doesn't want any blue mottled, so I know of a lovely young roo if anyone was interested, was SO tempted to bring the older one home.
