Blue or Black?

After searching for a breed of our black/green chicks I have not found one conclusively. Maybe this is the wrong place but... we have two large chickens (maybe one roo) with beautiful greenish sheen to their feathers, black legs not sure about their underside of their feet. Not willing to go out till after work to take a pic. they get let out then, for fear of dashing their hopes of early release. Neither is laying yet but my other have started last week.Should have written this down but we seem to think the world will stop to remember. Ha. Thanks.
