Blue Orp or splash?

I got this chick as a blue Orpington, but the hatchery made sure to state that they don't breed true and a blue can actually mean blue/black/splash, and that it's hatchery choice pretty much.
I'm sure this chick isn't a black but it seems a little light to be blue? I'm just wondering if it might be splash.

I don't think so... unless your lighting is throwing off the color really far.

Your chick is a blue, and will be a lighter shade of blue as an adult.

Splash chicks will have yellow down, with some grayish toned areas, some can have more gray-tones than others, but they won’t be completely gray as your chick is.
