Haven't taken pics of these girls in awhile. Skye, the first one, is over two years old and from Jim Cox. Dusty just finished raising chicks, so she may have some weight to regain, but she is over a year old now. Her sister, Smoky, wasn't being very cooperative so I let it slide; Smoky has a smaller comb than Dusty, but they are the same shade of blue.

Stunning! I'm making a list now of who has hens I'd like to have eggs from since I'm getting a bator next month.
Looks like I'm gonna need a bigger bator!

They're just so cheeky! I love the full on fluff of an orp. My DH drove over an hour one way to bring me home my four gorgeous buffs. I vow someday to get a few blues.

Skye has really blossomed. She molted in so much darker than she was originally and I really like her new color. I hope the younger ladies will fill out a bit more as they approach two years old. Takes a hefty woman to hold up under Suede's weight!
