You can have purebred blue sexlinks of sort..but it takes a few days instead of instant at hatch..we have a pen now and they will breed true..Oh the great things you can do with Rocks
I'm hatching a bunch since around me is City and they can't have Roos but want pretty chickens..I also have a EE cross doing the same thing but not sure if the blue egg color is coming through yet..they won't breed true and actually hoping for some white laying blue hens with a small comb instead of big and floppy making them better winter birds.
