Blue Silkie.. 9 weeks.. is it a roo??

So my friendliest, favorite chick made an actual chicken noise this morning. It wasnt a full out crowing noise, so im still undecided (or maybe in denial) that it is a rooster. It is 9 weeks old now, so give me your best guess. I've been thinking roo all along but hoping i was wrong. Thanks for the help!

Too young to tell for certain, but keep listening to it. If that is a crow, it will get worse before it gets better--think of boys going through puberty whose voices break--kinda like that.

It does appear to have a largish comb.

Am I seeing things, or does anyone else see a blue patch where his ear is?

Nope. You are not seeing things. They have turquoise earlobes. I'm thinking cockerel. In the 1 picture it looks like it's got a little tiny bit of a red wattle.
