Blue silkie : hen or rooster roo ??? Help!

I know one of my silkies is a rooster but I'm starting to hear another crow outside that I can't pinpoint. I am suspecting my other silkie. Can anyone tell me if this is a roo? My other silkie is very obviously roo, big streamers and all, but this one looks both like the silkie hens and silkie roos I see on the internet. Any help appreciated.

At least 1 year, not sure how old when I got "it"

Well if its one year old Id say it is a girl, but I don't have much experience with silkies.

From my experience so far, it seems like even people with quite a bit of silkie experience have a difficult time telling the ones who look "borderline". My other silkie is very plainly a roo (pictured) but this one behaves roosterish and I'm hearing a second crow. All my other ladies are definitely ladies.

Probably a pullet, but the comb makes me think cockerel. I'm not sure... I think the best thing you can do is watch it and see if it crows while you're watching.
