Blue slate hen or tom

Is this a little hen?? I really really want it to be, but I can't wish a little tom into a little hen, so I really just want to know what I'm dealing with here....

It looks girly to me but there's nothing scientific or proven about my speculations. Lol

I have three people telling me it looks 'hen-ish' lol. I really want a hen, so I thought maybe I was trying to 'wishit a hen' so I decided to ask. I'm pretty excited that no one has said it looks 'Tom-ish' or 'gobbly' maybe I can wish it into a hen

Small snood. Lack of wattle development, and mow hawk up neck to head.

I'm about 95% positive it is a hen. If it's not I'm going to be surprised
