blue slate turkeys

I have 2 blue slate turkeys they're about 16 weeks old not sure if they are toms or hens can anyone look at the pictures I uploaded and tell me.

I think they're hens, my friend's tom started developing his tail feathers earlier than this age. Do either of them fan their tails?

Those are awfully light colored for blues. Maybe it is the camera or the lighting?
