Blue Slate Turkeys

I have been trying to raise Blue Slates with little luck,

We bought them in 2009 or 2010 as babies and only raised a handful last year but I acciently killed them.. Chickens and turkeys don;t mix. I can;t remember. I know we got turkey's in 2009 but I don't remember if it was my slates or not becaus eI know I ordered some last year to.. i think I got a few of them in 2009 and a few in 2010

So this year I have 8 hens and 3 males. I am goign to put 4 hens to a male because that is the pen ratio i have an the extre tom I am thinking abotu tputting in with the tom it has been raised with.

I have bought a Sportman Incubator to hatch the eggs in.

Questions:
How many eggs should expect?
At what age should I start replace the turkeys to keep a healthy breeding stock?
How long do Turkeys lay?

Where is a good place to get Blue Slate Turkeys?

Can't answer your other questions as my turkey all free range and lay eggs everywhere, so I've never counted how many eggs per hen.
As far as chickens and turkeys.... You can raise them together on wire as babies. Shouldn't be a problem, but I don't let a turkey poult touch the ground until they are over 3 months old, then get wormed shortly after. I don't penn my turkey and chickens to limit the exposure to blackhead, but they do free range together....
