If you really want to know if those birds are blue or splash/silver then you could try test mating. I'd mate them to a black Swedish - if you get any black offspring you know that the 'light blue' ones are genetically blue. If you get 100% blue you can be reasonably confident that the 'light blue' ones are actually splash/silver.

That is a surprise. The Swedish I've seen from Metzers had splotchy bibs and the male had a green head and a ring around his neck.

Yours is very nice.
