Blue Wyandotte?

Hi. Is this a Blue Wyandotte Roo? I haven't had this color before, he is very pretty. He was given to me by someone in the city that can't have boys. He was supposed to be a girl.

Boy this is hard. I know this a roo. Does anyone know what breed and color he is? I am pretty experienced and just trying to find someone else that maybe has raised this breed. Pretty sure a Wyandotte

Looks like a blue wyandotte to me but a little long in the back. Does he have muffs under his beak? If he does then he could be an Ameraucana.
