This is my daughters pet, Blueberry. He is quite tame, and very tiny. He is two weeks younger than the porcelain D'Uccle hen next to him, making him about 10-11 weeks old. He is a beautiful shade of blue, but we have no idea what breed he could be. TSC baby. All their bantams are a mixed lot.
Could anyone ID him, or point us in the right direction?

Thanks every one! He is the sweetest thing. My daughter took him in the house while she did homework. He sat right on her shoulder. (pecking her hair)

You should do some researching on raising roosters while he's still so young.
Read up and make your own decisions but imo you're heading down the wrong road and would hate to see your daughter ending up with a rooster she loves that ends up being a problem rooster.

^ There is that, but i always find it a bit amusing when little bantam roosters think they can flog you. Years and years ago I had a Belgian Quail d'Anver and Mille Fleur OEGB and I would honestly just laugh at them while they tugged on shoe laces and spurred away. You couldn't feel a thing through denim pants. I was honestly more afraid of stepping on them because they were always underfoot than them hurting me. Of course there's a difference between a 6 foot 16 year old and a smaller child. The rest of my bantams roosters were all very sweet and all raised the same way. So just be careful with him. :)
