BO Hen or Rooster

About 2 months ago we got 6 chicks from the local farming supply company. We were told they were all female (we live in town and cannot have a rooster) but this little one has me nervous that she is a he. For comparison you can see the other BO we got at the same time in the background. This is one of our friendlier chicks and we are really hoping she is just a masculine lady... is that even possible?

Unfortunately it does look like a roo though don’t return it until it starts crowing and you know for sure
