SOOO, ATM i have two four month old BO, a roo and hen. I want to seperate them from the rest of the flock and make them there own coop and run. I want to start raising BO but i know i need more than two really. So i was wondering what you all think. Should i wait for them to have more and keep a few hens OR should i just buy some laying ready hens and try that way OR (lots of ors) should i wait till she goes broody and get some fertile BO eggs for her to hatch and keep a roo and 2-4 hens from that batch to go with my two now? Your input would be amazing.
